REBECCA KIRTLAN
Rebecca is the Special Events Sales Director, who has been with the company for nine years and she has worked in the events industry for over fourteen years. Rebecca is passionate about helping her client’s vision become a reality through constant communication from their initial meeting leading up to their special day. She enjoys becoming a part of the family when working with most couples for over a year. When Rebecca is not responding to clients’ emails or phone calls, she enjoys a nice glass of wine, watching her daughter ride horses and traveling.
KATRINA FERNANDEZ
Katrina is one of the Special Events Sales Coordinators, who has been with the company for three years. She recently earned her bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration at Sacramento State and has also gained experience through planning her own wedding in 2017. Katrina is a natural planner who has had her entire life mapped out since the age of ten. She thrives in chaotic situations and loves making her clients happy. When she is not at work, she is spending time with her family and is expecting to welcome a baby boy this July.
KARINA RILEY
Karina is the newest Special Events Coordinator, who has five years of experience in the events industry. She has recently moved from the Bay Area, where she worked for a full-service catering company coordinating high end weddings and corporate events. Karina’s attention to detail and people-pleasing mentality creates a seamless experience for the client. If she is not in the office, Karina is either at home spending time with her animals or she is out camping. Her go-to places are Yosemite and Lake Tahoe!
BLANCA MARTINEZ
Blanca is the Head Chef, who has been with the company for nine years. Her passion of food shines through each meal that is prepared for every event. With food being one of the most important parts of your event, Blanca is the most dynamic person behind the scenes. When she is not cooking, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
RENEE GERSTMAYR
Renee is the Director of Food and Beverage, who has been with the company for nineteen years. On the day of events, Renee manages the staff and servers the entire evening while taking care of the client. Her expertise in food and beverage management creates a flawless experience for every guest. When Renee is able to getaway, she is most likely visiting her sons in sunny Southern California.
